Flaccidity treatment consists of 10-20 sessions of Neurodyn 4000Hz which hardens the muscles of the arms, gluteus, abdomen, and thighs, through isometric chains which trigger contraction and relaxation of the desired muscle. The advantage of the treatment is that it works with white muscular fibres as well, which would hardly be stimulated otherwise. It is advisable for people who do not practice weightlifting.
